Preferred Date & Time
To help ensure your vehicle is completed on time, we kindly ask that all bookings are dropped off before 10:00 AM on the day of service. This allows our team to properly assess, schedule, and carry out the required work without delays.
No Shows or late cancelation
As we are often fully booked, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another customer.. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in delays or difficulty securing a future appointment.
